The authors who wish to avail this offer should request for a discount at the time of submission of their manuscripts to ILF.

Eligibility:

ILF offers 50% discount on the Open Access Plus (Gold Open Access) Fee and Article Processing Charges (APC) for manuscripts of the corresponding authors based in countries categorized as low-income economies by World Bank (list given below).
